Distinguished Delegate was originally thought up in 2023, starting off as nothing more than a small-scale tutoring service. The program, founded by Laith Abuoqab, was created to hone delegate’s crisis skills through one on one crisis support. However, when more and more people began to get interested in the program, it was time to make a large change. In 2024 Laith Abuoqab and Kaden Ksar wanted nothing more than to do more MUN as their school’s team had restricted the

number of conferences that they were able to attend. It was from that desire to debate, that the Distinguished Delegate team was formed, bringing a small group of 6 kids to their first conference. Now, the Distinguished Delegate continues to grow, and to keep growing it needs you! We are always looking to help raise the next generation of leaders, and prove to the world that MUN is a vessel of education, diplomacy, and leadership principles. Today, we continue to grow with new programs and projects, Distinguished Delegate is the program of the future.
